Complaints Process

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Thickexecution Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How Thickexecution Garage Doors handled your call or message
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Still, Thickexecution Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@thickexecution.beer and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
